How to request deletion

Email us at anrich@orbitxi.com with the subject line ORBITxi Data Deletion Request.

Please include the information below so we can identify the correct records:

• Your full name.
• The email address or phone number used with ORBITxi.
• The Facebook, Instagram, or business account connected to the request, if relevant.
• The ORBITxi workspace, business, or sub-account name, if known.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt, verify the request where needed, and delete or anonymize the applicable personal data unless we are required to keep limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance reasons.

We aim to respond within 30 days. If a request is complex or requires additional verification, we may contact you for more information.

What this covers

This request process covers data processed through ORBITxi-owned applications and integrations.

• Meta login or business authorization data connected to ORBITxi.
• Facebook Page and Instagram account metadata stored by ORBITxi.
• Lead, support, onboarding, or account records held by ORBITxi where legally deletable.

What this does not control

ORBITxi cannot delete data held directly by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Stripe, GoHighLevel, or other third-party platforms outside ORBITxi-controlled systems. You may need to manage those requests inside the relevant third-party account as well.
